No Lower body Workouts but can still do upper any ideas...

I have to stay away from lower body cardio and strength
for about another week or two. I took this week as a
rest week but can't stand it any longer.
I really love the 4DS weight work.

Any suggestions on an upper body only workout with these DVDs?

Are you saying you only have the 4DS to use? You can always try the all upper body premix. It's impressive. }( Maybe do that 2x a week, and work in some stretches and abs? Would something like that work?

I have a lot more than the 4DS series. i just really like the slower pace and the arrangement.
Do you think doing each body part twice aweek is better than doing each body part once a week but do double?
For example do the chest workout once through than re do it and then on the next day do the back one thru then re do it. follow this pattern each day.

Do you have the Gym Styles? The upper body work has a nice slow pace, too.

I can't really advise you on what's best - twice, once, whatever. I like to mix it up a lot, and do different sorts of splits. They say it keeps the body guessing, which maximizes results. It also keeps me from getting bored. ;)
