No Equipment Needed Mini-Series

I second all of the emotions about how great it would be to have at least two no-equipment-needed workouts, one for cardio and one for muscle conditioning. And a Stretch Max 2 stretch routine that is equipment-free like the first routine on the original Stretch Max would be wonderful.

I've seen some listings for body-weight-only muscle conditioning videos on the Power Systems website, and to me that would be a great thing for exercisers who travel. Also, given how flexible floor cardio can be with boot-camp style drills, kickbox, hi/lo etc., that would be a great workout to have when you're travelling OR when you just don't feel like hauling out your equipment for the workout.
