No appetite after Weight Training

Most of the time I have no appetite after Cathe's weight training tapes and force myself to eat, however, the next day I'm always starving. Does anyone have this experience with not being hungry on days with weight training?
 
Must be nice.:) I'm always hungry before and after I lift heavy. I don't notice an appetite increase or decrease if I do a total body circuit or cardio/weight circuit.

I'm hungry all.the.time. The only workout that makes me lose my appetite is doing a loooooong run (more than 12 miles) - it will take me all day to get my appetite back after that. I'm always starving after I do a Cathe weight workout. I could eat a house!
 
I'm more like you -- no appetite that day, but starving the next. And I always crave pasta the day after a weight workout too. I know I'm supposed to be eating a lot of protein but it's never what I crave. Darn body! :)
 
I had this, too, and I still do if I'm not careful after a heavy weight session. I had to make sure I got 15 grams of protein (shake, egg whites, yogurt and granola - what ever floats your boat) within an hour of weight lifting and that helped a lot.

I do better with circuits or more enduranced based lifting, but if I do P90X, the GS series or S&H - I'm so hungry the next day that I could literally eat all day long.
 
That's the double-edged sword of lifting heavy for me. I get fabulous results from S&H, but I also get ravenously hungry the next day.
