They seem to be going for the "way off reality" with the facial thing. That was done earlier this year and I saw it on the news - very well publicized. You wouldn't do it without a team of experts and having Christian go get Sean at home? Didn't do a lot for the story.
I did enjoy seeing Michelle Green (I think that is her name) who played the donor kid's mom. I loved her on LA Law years ago. She is really talented and ends up in a lot of Lifetime movies.
