Night time eating for Nov 29th

Hi Girls!

Sorry I have been MIA. I haven't really been cheating but my meals have kind of been all over the place. For example, at work on Sat we ate Turkey dinner at 1:30,...so then I didn't want any supper but I ended up picking some time that night before I went to bed. Another evening I went for a run, skipping supper and then picking at night. But nothing bad. Anyway, yesterday was a sensible day and I am happy to say I didn't have one thing after supper! So I am back on track! Hope everyone else is doing well!

HI Lori, I have to give you credit for your good eating! I have been on a junk fest since Wed. My stomach is paying me back. Yesterday I was back on track. Hopefully I will do well until Christmas. My pants are tight again. Melissa
 
Oh Melissa...that bites!:confused: I feel for ya! I hate it when my pants are tight, nothing worse then getting dressed in the morning and you feel like your nipped in your clothes!:eek: Hopefully today will be a new day for you and you can start fresh! I think why its been so easy for me is b/c Im not hungry anyway. If I were hungry it would be a lot harder but I eat enough for my dinner that I am just starting to get hungry when its bed time. DH was looking for something to snack on last night before he went to bed..thankfully he didn't find anything:eek:

Hi Melissa and Lori. Good to heard that you guys are doing good, Melissa I hate when I have one of those cheating days (or week)and later my clothes don't fit, but what about working out for 6 days and I can loose a pound?????
Lori I whis I was like you, not getting hungry but thats not going to happen.
I'm glad to report that for the Thanksgiving week I only miss one day of workingout Friday,not alcahol, only one bear and thats it, the rest of the days I've been good, my eating not so good, but I try to get small portions, I did have a small slice of sweet potato pie whit a little of ice cream, low fat of course and the pie I baked so I know what's in there HahaHa, good not to much sugar and the potato is from scatch.
yesterday I did MIC and abs.Today I have STS disc 25.

Eunice, Good for you for! I have no will power. Hopefully I am still on track. Although today I ate a handful of candy corn and some light potato chips - yuck! Melissa
