Hi Cathe,
Just wanted to say it's nice to see you've been able to get on the boards, I know you've been so busy lately! Are things starting to settle down yet?
I also want to say I'm loving the January rotation. I did StepBlast today "with you", and you had me laughing so many times. I always am pleasantly surprised when I come back to this workout. It's fun, challenging, and you and the crew keep me smiling while I'm huffing and puffing. "What were they doing?" is probably my favorite quote from this one!!
Can't wait to "see you tomorrow" for GS LEGS.
