Hello Everyone,
So I'm going to start this program finally :) Can someone let me know if Phase 1, you really just do what she has listed for the day? So Day 1 would just be 2 sets of 5-8 pushups followed by 2 sets of 10-12 and then the same for barbell rows?
When she says after Day 4 to do each workout a total of 4 times followed by a deload week, does that mean do the Day 1-4 exercises as listed for 4 weeks?
Thanks for your help! Does anyone fill in with Cathe workouts on off days? Any preferences? Very excited to start this after reading all the great reviews.

Yes, four weeks, then a deload week. Lift heavy, that's why the reps are so low. Have fun, and good luck!

Hi Liz. As Karen said, I've completed this programme- some of the best results I've ever had. It feels like you should do more, timewise, but there's no need. I finished most of the lifting workouts in 20-40 mins. Don't underestimate them!
I sometimes added a 'finisher', ie a 10 minute (or less) metabolic blast. Only when I felt like it, though.

On in between days I did other stuff- occasionally busting a gut, but always doing whatever I felt like on the day. Nia says you should finish your workout with more energy than you started. Not always true (deadlift days!), but I felt GOOD for the entire 20 weeks.

Be prepared to break the backs on your shirts! Enjoy the process, and, please, ask if you have any questions ( or visit lifting like girls check-in).

Thank you! I am so excited to start this one. Amazing to get the best results you ever had in that time! I can't wait!
