So I'm going to start this program finally Can someone let me know if Phase 1, you really just do what she has listed for the day? So Day 1 would just be 2 sets of 5-8 pushups followed by 2 sets of 10-12 and then the same for barbell rows?
When she says after Day 4 to do each workout a total of 4 times followed by a deload week, does that mean do the Day 1-4 exercises as listed for 4 weeks?
Thanks for your help! Does anyone fill in with Cathe workouts on off days? Any preferences? Very excited to start this after reading all the great reviews.
