Newsletter Suggestion

Hi Cathe,

I realize that this is a thread for new DVD's, however, I have a suggestion for your newsletter, which I love receiving on Monday mornings. First, if you are planning on encouraging all of us Catheletes to run a 5k on or around Thanksgiving, would it be possible to have an article on how to work 5k (or whatever distance you choose) training in with your wonderful workouts. I want to start running, however, I am addicted to your workouts and have a hard time running instead of doing one of your DVD's. Perhaps you could have one of your background exercisers provide tips (of course, your tips rock!) such as Brenda. I believe she is an accomplished tri-athlete who has overcome serious injuries. Also, columns by any of your other background exercisers (favorite workout, motivation tips, etc) would be great too.

I second your request too, Ischwoob!!!

As a matter of fact, I started to "go out for a run" this summer and discovered that thanks to Cathe I was able to run 5K (my very first run in all my life, I think!). I am so grateful to Cathe for that:I spent a year and a half working out religiously with her almost every day and she conditioned my body in such a way that I could not believe !
Well, to cut a long story short, I've become a sort of addicted to running but I really do miss my Cathe workouts a lot! I'm still using Cathe for weight work and for plyo-HIIT, but I would be really interested in having more infos on how to integrate her excellent dvds with running or any other discipline. I greatly benefitted from following her programs and rotations, she really changed my life and I want to keep her as a part of my daily/weekly sport activities.

As for the newsletter, she provides envaluable articles every week, so I think your suggestion is great and probably Cathe will make us a nice surprise!;)
