I am 9 weeks pregnant with my third. I have been using Cathe KPC for about 9 months (prior to getting pregnant) and love it. I dont include the jumps, to be on the safe side now that I am pregnant but continue to work out doing everything else. I also use Core Max for abs work out.
Is there anything I should be modifying in either DVD in my second and third trimesters please? Or can I continue everything as is? I am particularly concerned about Core Max?
Also, can you please advise whether I should also use another Cathe DVD later in my pregnancy? I dislike step aerobics, by the way. Or is the KPC pretty safe to use the whole way through?
