Newbie ?

Hi Cathe,

New to your videos, but not to exercise. Been doing the firm (sorry) for 1 year and before that used a bowflex and treadmill for a year.

I just got basic step body fusion. I do love the overall quality of the video. Basic step was fun. Plan on trying body fusion tomorrow-it looks fun and challenging.

Two questions:
1. Is body fusion considered strictly cardio- meaning can I lift heavy the next day?

2. I want to get more of your videos and wonder where to go next. I want something with sculpting and/or aerobic/wt training. I consider myself intermediate- but more toward advanced than beginner if that makes any sense. Just really want to step it up a little.

I've heard so many good things about you and your workouts. Kinda intimidating.
