I bought P90X about 3 months ago and haven't even bothered to use it much. Sigh...all that money. Anyway, new year is nearly here and i'm planning my rotations and eating plan for new year. Just wondering what everyone else is planning on acheiving next year. Here is my body list.

Do more Bodyweight exercises.
Do less weight training.
Do more Stretching.
Do more Ab exercises.
Do more Ab exercises with weights.
Get less colds.
Eat more Veg.
Eat more Fruit.
Eat more good fat.
Drink more "pure" water.

Hi Wayne! I can't believe you never did all of the P90X workouts. You know they rock!! Anyway my list isn't too long & here it is:

1. I need to have a hernia repaired on Jan. 17th & I won't be able to workout for 2 weeks & 1 month of any kind of vigorous workouts. Now I have no idea how I'm going to do this but I'll have to persevere & do my best to recover so I can do Hardcore.:(
2. Do ab exercises w/weights
3. Do more yoga. Don't blow it off.
4. Do more stretches
5. Try to drink more water
6. Will not be reading everyone's posts re Hardcore while I recover.

Kathy
:D

There no better insentive than a new workout to recover quickly for, ah Kathy?

All the best to you :)

Hmmmmm my list

1 Exercise more efficiently and seriously (Im soooooo half hearted sometimes)

2 Eat less Licorace Allsorts

3 Drink more plain old fashioned water - and stop counting my coffees as having drunk water

4 Saying "NO" more often (I always get persuaded to do things I dont want to do)

5 Start Christmas present shopping for 06 in Jan 05. I always always leave the shopping till the last minute - dont now why - but I think I said the same thing in 03 for 04 and it never happened!

6 Remind myself that there are worse people of in the world and I should stop whyning about the little things in my life that really dont matter at the end of the day

One can only try

For me it will be learning to have the same discipline I have in my workouts with my clean eating endeavors. Also increase my weights over the next year. I recently have been able to add weights. Hopefully I can keep it up.
Kathy, I am so sorry. I know how you feel. I am sure you will be able to get back in there in no time.

Well now, let's see...

1. Work out more consistently, especially cardio.

2. Continue to eat clean at least most of the time & break my
sugar addiction for good.

3. Find my abs.

4. Continue to lose weight until I reach my goal.

5. Organize my life.

6. Clean up my house. (I may have to send DH off for a year or
so to get THAT accomplished!

Kathy, you hang in there. You'll probably find that you heal & progress more quickly than some due to your fitness. Before you know it, you'll be Hardcoring to your heart's content!

Ruth:)

I just wanted to thank Claridge, Diane Sue & Ruth for your well wishes. Diane Sue I know if you could do it then so can I. I'll be back & stronger than before. Thanks again ladies! Kathy:*
