New workouts on Fittv.

I was off work yesterday and came across this workout on fittv, known as star workouts. It was a man doing kickbox that looked pretty good to what I saw and looked low impact to which I need. Although his voice and the grunts he made were very annoying it was a good workout to look at.

Just wanted to know if any of you knew how long it has been on fittv. and if they are any good.

It's a newer program called "All Star Workouts". It's a different instructor each day. I've seen the kickboxing, yoga, step, dance and bellydancing and fitness ball ones. The kickboxing seems to be the best one so far.

I like the idea of these programs, but most of them are geared for beginners. They were a little bit boring for me. The bellydancing one was fun though!

I've taped almost all of them....and erased. LOL. They are geared towards beginners but good workouts overall. The bootcamp with Kendall was good for a lighter day. I like him and remember him from way back in the day from ESPN bodyshaping. Hes a great instructor The other workout I actually did was Pilates sculpt with weights with Ellen Barrett (Ithink thats her name). Thats was a actually an interesting workout, I liked it a lot.

They have been repeating them over again, kinda wishing they would come up with new ones every month. I did notice though that today there is a new one in the line up, its a BOSU workout, and although I don't own one I will tape it and take notes for the gym.

I did the Indian-dance w/o (not even going to attempt the official name of it!)..it was fun, a little repetitive.. I agree with the others that it is really for beginners. It did get me a mild sweat going..but honestly, I think my attention span got a little more of a workout than I did with the repetitiveness @ that length (60 mins minus commericials).
