Hi:

Does anyone know how long each of the new strength tapes last? Also, I'm a bit confused, I got mine yesterday and just stared at them thinking how am I supposed to use these. I did Rhythmic Step this morning and got a little agitated trying to get those steps right, a couple of years ago I would have thrown the tape at the telly, but now I know after a couple of times I will have it dowm.

Is one supposed to do the slow and heavy series just once a week? I'm wondering if that is enough.

If you go to the home page and click on the slow and heavy videos, you will get a time breakdown on each of these videos. They are all about an hour. Personally, I think once a week is enough. I am doing a rotation where I do one S&H every other day and then add in Power Hour and start all over again - it ends up being an 8 day rotation I think.
Rhythmic Step is definitely a challenge, but I really enjoy it!! By my third time I felt pretty confident with what I was doing. Erica
