New videos

YIPPPEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited that you're putting out these new tapes and just when I'll be getting ready to start working out for real again after having a baby. I'm due the 1st week of July and have been doing step and the PS series for the whole pregnancy. I need something new! I can't wait to add some weight to my reps - my biceps and triceps are screaming to be challenged.

I'm sure my husband will not be happy with my purchase of all 8 tapes, but I deserve it after being pregnant and turning into a beach ball.

Thanks Cathe!

You Go Girl!!

You do deserve it after working out through the whole prenancy. My hat's off to you! I could not even get off the couch with either of my pregnancies as I was sooo sick the whole 9 months, morning, noon & night! Count your blessings. Luckily, it is the only time in my whole life that I was sick. I stopped after 2 children!! Good luck to you & enjoy all 8 of those new tapes!

You sound soooo excited and thats great. Just remember to give your body a chance to recover after delivery. Although everyone is different, I found that I needed a five to six week recovery period before I felt able to get back to regular exercise. But I would definitely suggest waiting at least three weeks before you return to somewhat aggressive workouts(so that your insides can re-adjust and restore). Once you have returned, always listen to your body by modifying where/when needed and avoid doing too much too soon.

So you're due in early July, thats so wonderful. Can't wait to hear about the big day
