New videos: Strength portion

Cathe, I know you do not want to make a firm commitment up until the date of your filming, but are you leaning toward any particular type of strength training - i.e., Pure Strength or Body Max (Body Pump) type of pace, etc.? Also, do you think you will be able to come up with new movements so the tapes do not seem like a repeat of your previous strength tapes? I know it must be difficult to come up with new ideas as there are only so many ways to work the muscles.

Hi Sharon!

I'm still testing out different strength methods for these tapes. Yes, you are right, there are only so many EFFECTIVE ways to work the muscles. I don't want to just do something that looks neat and different when there maybe a classic exercise that really impacts the muscle much more directly. The reason being that we will have shorter weight segments and therefore, need to target the muscles directly and immediately. But, I am currently working on an interesting method that will include a few new exercises and be a nice mix of heavy and moderate to heavy lifting. If all goes well, this will be the "keeper".

Hi Nancy!

I thought I was hearing things this morning, hee hee!

Just wanted to quickly point out that as we continue to make fitness tapes, new strength tapes will just about always be featured. So if your little voice was not heard this time around, you can bet that there will be plenty of opportunities in the future

Oh, the torture!

The torture of reading about new tapes while working in an OPEN SPACE ENVIRONMENT! How can I jump up and down? How can I whine?
