New video idea

Hi Cathe

I was wondering if you are/would consider making a set of videos that are similar to your own training program (i.e. 1 body part per day for about 25-30 minutes, legs around 50 minutes).

I could be wrong (& I'm not Cathe) but I think that's what the CTX series is based on--just shorter increments (15 minutes per body part).
