New Trish Muse Video and Christi Taylor rerelease

Hi! Since I can't post this on VF, I hope it's OK to post it here.
I got an e-mail from Trish Muse about her new video. It will be 30 minutes of abs on the ball followed by 30 minutes of sculpting. Pre-sale price is $14.95 and release date is late June to July 1st.
Also, Christi Taylor posted on her forum that she is re-releasing her 2 older CIA's 5004 and 7002.
And, just in case after preordering all of Cathe's new videos you want more, CIA announced 6 new videos: Franny, Donna Read, Helen Vanderburg (?), Linda McHugh, Heather Day (hi/lo), and Sherry Jacquelin (hip hop and latin).

And I'll even bring my new DVD player. At least we'll be able to do Cathe combos together.

Now, who is going to indulge us with a stretch on the ball? That is what I REALLY want!

P.S. My son just read this post, and his poor little 6 1/2 year old mind didn't comprehend the intended humor. He has become very attached to the new DVD player.

Serious question for the two of you...or anyone, I have the old flexaball that came out with Gins video quite a few years ago...how do I know what size it is?..Do I just measure around the ball? I think that should be right...but it seems so much smaller than the ones pictured in the mags and catalogs when a body is on them. I am only 5'2", but this ball just seems small. (I realize I have opened that up to many ball comments from you chatters..lets keep it clean

But seriously now...

From what I understand, when you sit on the ball your knees are supposed to be close to a 90 degree angle. You have some leeway with the size of the ball since you can inflate or deflate it to size. I have the 65 cm ball that came with the newer Gin Miller set at Target, and that seems pretty good for my height (5'6"). I think that if I were any shorter I'd probably be more comfortable with a smaller ball. I also have a 45 cm ball that was a freebie from the company (I use it in childbirth classes as a "birth ball"), but the 45 cm ball seems as if it would be pretty small for anyone over 5' or so. On the Living Arts tapes, Suzanne Deason gives you pointers on how the ball should "fit" you during the instructional section.

Should I get 5004?

You all know how much I like Christi's tapes and I've heard a lot about 5004. Do you think I'd like it? I have to admit that getting 7002 only after getting 9801, I was a little disappointed in that it was less complex...so what should I expect from 5004?

I love 5004, but it is definitely a lot less complex than 7002 and 9801. I actually like it better than 7002, though. The step is first (about 20 minutes) then the hi/lo (another 20 minutes). I like having step first when I'm going to do both step and hi/lo. The hi/lo on 5004 is really fun. The step is very basic, with L steps as probably the most advanced move.

New Tapes

Hi Danielle! And did you also know that Janis Saffell is coming out with 3 new videos either to be released in June or July! Not sure if there all going to be kickboxing videos. Janis is known for her kickboxing and her new tinixing. Her new Advanced Tinixing is awesome. Oh my poor credit card. Can't wait to order the one from CIA on hip hop latin. What a summer!
