New to the Cathe series!

This is for Cathe,

I have been a Firm workout fanatic for about 2 years and noticed a plateau about a year ago but still kept on doing them. I'm also an avid runner since I've been in the Navy for the last 19 years. But then I started to get the Collage Video magazines in the mail and was going through them and noticed the Cathe videos. I found Cathe's website and started to view all the videos...they are awesome! I have since bought 15 of them, the gray high Step and the gray original step plus bought the Troy Workout Strength Training Set (I will be buying additional 10 lbsers here very soon). Even though I had the Firm fanny lifter, I found it was difficult to use with her videos, the same with the Transformer.

I've only been doing the Cathe videos for about 6 weeks and I've already notice a vast improvement! The Core Max is awesome! I had been buying different ab workouts and never felt I could find one I enjoy until Cathe's. I love all her low impact and high impact aerobics, though the IMAX series is very difficult when it comes to the moves, but I'm learning and loving them. (The blast portions are the best). The Firm is very basic in their moves so it's just about learing a more difficult routine. The Gym style legs, back & shoulders and the chest and triceps are the best.

Ok...I've done enough boosting Cathe's ego for one day...lol. Every day though, I thank God for bringing Cathe into my life. I can't believe I never knew she was out there before and have been missing out. But I look great for 40 and through her videos plan to (hopefully) look great at 50 :)
