Hello, I'm new to the forum and new to Cathe. I've never actually done one of her videos, but I have heard tons about them. I've been doing the Firm for about a year and I want to mix up my routine a little bit to bust through a plateau, sooo....I was wondering if any of you could help me...where do i start? Which video do i start with? I consider myself an int/adv exerciser & have a decent amount of strength & endurance. So, who can help me? Thank you if you can!!
