Hi Tweety!

If you are just beginning to exercise, I don't think you would be best served by trying Cathe's videos. They are really geared toward the fairly advanced exerciser. They are very intense and somewhat complex as well. There ARE, however, tons of home exercise videos that are wonderful for beginners and intermediates. I highly recommend home videos as an exercise method. You get a LOT of variety for not much money, plus it's easier to be consistent working out at home (no weather to contend with, no drive, no diaper bags and gym nurseries if you have kids, etc). A great site to visit would be
www.videofitness.com. They have reviews of fitness videos, a video exchange, a "personal video selector" that can help you pick a few videos to start with, a forum similar to this one where you can ask questions of other home exercisers, etc.
I've been working out at home with videos for 14 months now and I've got quite a video collection! I do floor aerobics, step aerobics, kickboxing, weight training, stretching. . . Right here in my own family room! You can find something to suit your taste. And OF COURSE sooner or later you'll be ready to try Cathe and then OH MY!!! Just plan right now on getting your own little bookshelf for your workout videos! BTW, you can click on the e-mail icon to e-mail me if you want to talk further. Also you can click on my info icon to learn a little more about me. I'm doing the "kids thing" too right now! Funny what a few pregnancies will do to ya, isn't it??
