Go to the top of the page where the box is flashing "Presale starts May 1st. and 8 New Cathe Fitness Videos" & click on it. It will take you to the page where you would order the tapes. Click on the type you would be interested in ordering (VHS or DVD), and it will give the info on each tape. Let us know if you find the info you need. You can also access info from the Home Page!
