new taebo bootcamps

Ok who has tried these? They are going for a high price on ebay so I was wondering if they are good? I recently bought Taebo Extreme and I think it is way way too easy and not one bit extreme. What about these newer ones? Which ones are worth it?

Thanks,
Kristie

Hi Kristie! These are fun workouts and better then previous GoodTimes productions, but I don't think they'll be challenging enough for you. They are still not as advanced as Advanced Volumes 1-12 if that gives you a better indication. I do think they are a lot of fun and am enjoying them, but they are less intense. I think of all of them the most challenging is the Ultimate and the Lower Body - at least those are my two favorites of the group.

Thanks Jo,

I'm mainly looking for pure cardo workouts. I have soooo many workouts combining cardio and strength that I need more just cardio.

What about the new fat blasting and the bootcamp cardio?? Have you done those??? Anyone else?

Any other JUST cardio workouts that you can recommend that are as intense as Cathe??? We're so spoiled with her.

Thanks so much,
Kristie

I have fat blasting cardio and total body fat blaster. They use the Billy bands in these videos. I have only tried fat blasting cardio and it was very easy for me and I would consider myself a low end intermediate. He used to do alot of reps for each exercise but now he just does like 2 sets of 8 on each side. I think that is why it just seems too easy. I am bringing back the total body fat blaster since I didn't open it yet. If you want an intense Tae-Bo workout get the Get Ripped II Advanced workouts -- they are the best (imo) out of all of the Tae-Bo workouts.

I just bought these, and from what I can tell they are worth the money, so far I have only done the bootcamp ABS dvd, but I like it... Rhonda

I agree with junglette - if you want intense cardio go with Get Ripped Advanced or Advanced Live 1-12. The new set just isn't as cardio intensive and the bands are awkward to me. Waiting on fat Blaster stil so I can't talk about that set!
