Cathe it was a nice suprise to see your updated website. I was just on this morning and checked the site again to night to see all of the changes. Job well done! You have the best fitness site because it is always up to date and the best part is that you participate and talk with your fans.

Also, thanks for the update on the tapes, I have been dying to know but just didn't ask.

Which VideoFirst?

I've got to ask...which video will you broadcast first? What time on July 18th will you start airing? What a fantastic way to advertise the videos and keep preorderers happy while waiting for them! I know I can't wait!
