I haven't gotten any new Cathe workouts in a while and haven't been able to afford any of the Intensity Series until now. I broke down and bought Cardio and Weights. Oh my gosh, I love the workout and all the new choreography is awesome! I'm saving and ready to buy the new series, too. Cathe is so awesome and energetic - I LOVE her workouts!
