I just did Powerstrike 5 and I loved it! Except for some punching combo's she did a different punch & kick combo on each side so it didnt get boring. The moves were basically the same but in a different order so you still felt like you worked each side equally.
I also previewed Bodystrikes but havent done it yet. It looks like it will be a great non-weighted standing leg workout that'll get your heart pumping too.
I have Pushups & Abs but havent looked at that one yet. I plan on pairing that with Squeeze Lower Body (both are 30 minutes).
