Just had to share.....
I did Disc 31 tonight, this is my 2nd trip thru STS, I'm doing the 6 month now, did the 3 month last spring, and I hit a new personal bench press high!!! Yay!!!! I'm about 10lbs up on the flat and about 8 lbs up on the incline from last time. This is the 90% of max week, and I am very pleased with myself
I actually felt a bit stronger on set 3 and 4 of the flat presses than the 1st two sets, and probably could've squeaked out another rep or 2 or added another 5 lbs.
