One of the hospitals in St. Louis has "a weight loss program designed just for new moms to help them get their old figure back". It is a 12 week program that allows new moms to work with a counselor, exercise physiologist, and dietician. Anyone else have something like this available?

I don't think so. The hospital that I'm using has all sorts of classes but I haven't read anything about this. Would be nice if they did though.

May I ask what hospital is offering that? I'd like to talk with a dietician etc. after the baby...and since I'm in the St. Louis area I'd love to hear about it.
