Joey goes to the pediatrician on friday for a check up. Can't wait to see how much he weighs! He is getting sooo big! He turned 2 months old already on the 14th!

Well, I'm dog-tired so I'll talk to you ladies later!:)

Wendy, I love the hair on Joey in your avatar- so cute! I can't believe your workouts, Wendy! When Eric was two months old I couldn't get enough time to workout like that during his naps!

Eric had his 4 month check-up, and I now am carrying a 15 pound weight in my arms everywhere! :D

Here's my workout week last week (without A/C }( ):

Sun. Sherri Jackquelyn CIA Kickbox Jam
Tues. Cathe BS Legs Add-On + MIS Abs
Wed. Cathe IMAX 2 Intervals 1-5 + MIS Chest
Thurs. Franni Bennedetto Cardio Parties Hi/Lo + the rest of MIS Upper
Sat. Keli Roberts Abs and More

One thing about this heat- it makes me want to eat less! I might lose those pregnancy pounds sooner than I think! I hope...
:p

Jen-

You are doing great work outs now though!

Sometimes Joey doesn't exactly cooperate while I am exercising thus an hour long w/o takes 1 1/2 hours to complete :p but overall he is usually quite good! He will sleep most of the time but then if he does wake up he will often entertain himself quietly unless it's time to eat. His naps are shorter and less frequent as he gets older. When he was first born it was SUPER easy to get in my w/o's during his morning nap!

So Eric is 15 pounds!? NICE! My boy has got to be over 10 pounds by now and he is just 2 months old. He's a bit of a chubsy-wubsy but it's sooo cute!:+ I don't think he's overweight by any means though, thank goodness.

Well off to bed with me. I'm beat! Good night!:)

Hi Jen and Wendy! Ugh...will this humidity ever go away??? This is so nasty. Here are my measly workouts from last week:
Mon: Run-20 min., walk 45 min., abs-5 min
Tues: Bowflex-upper body, walk 1 hour
Wed: Tried to do Step, Jump and Pump, but only got through 20 minutes, then Andy woke up screaming. I just packed it in for the day after that!
Thurs: GS Legs, walk-30 min.
Fri: Bowflex-upper body, Low Max-50 min, abs-5 min
Sat: Walk-1 hour

Yes, I was so excited about my husband and I going running on Mon, Wed and Fridays, but you can see that didn't last (we only went on Monday). We have been waiting for the humidity to break. I think there is some relief in sight, so we plan to go tomorrow morning. My mom will be here, so we can both go and run (not one runs while the other pushes the stroller).

Have either of you noticed your baby's hair falling out? Andy's is falling out-I get quite a few strands of hair between my fingers each time I brush my fingers through his hair, and I have noticed that compared to his newborn baby pics, he has a lot less hair now. I am taking him to the dr. on Friday for shots, so I will ask about it then.

I have begun to wean him now. I am kind of sad about it, but he's weaning like a champ (I'm the wimpy one). I will be going back to work in the fall, and I wanted to get him used to taking bottles during the day. For the past 3 months, he has been taking 1-2 bottles daily, and now he takes them from the time I would be at work till the afternoon, when I would be home. I have no idea if this is even possible to do, but I will try and continue to breastfeed/bottlefeed like this until my milk totally runs out.

Lately, Andy has been screaming out of the blue for what seems to be no apparent reason. I am beginning to suspect, though, that he may be getting a tooth. He constantly is biting on his hands and drooling. I'll keep you updated on this. Boy, will I have tons to ask the dr. on Friday.

Well, have a great week. Hopefully, we will get a break in this crazy weather pattern!

p.s. Wendy, I have looked at your pictures, and they are very cute. I just joined snapfish.com, but I can't just post a link because everyone that goes to the site will have to join (it's free, but still a pain for people to join). Is picturetrail for free? Do you like it?
p.s.s. Jen V: I think Andy is about 15-15.5 lbs too (getting to be a little chubster). As soon as I can figure out how to post some pics here, I will.

I am a paid member of picture trail but I believe you still may be able to join for free...atleast for a little while yet. Give it a shot if you want. I'd love to see pics!:)

Jen,

Yes, it's the teething! They are sudden bursts of pain for my Eric, and his tear ducts are working now when he cries. The teething has been going off and on for the last two weeks, and I just wish the tooth would cut through already!
