I just received the new Jari Love "Get Extremely Ripped"
I previewed and it looks great.
Right now I am on Meso 3 of STS and won't use it during this time.
However, I am looking forward to using it when I take a 6 month break from STS.
Has anybody else bought the DVD? If so and you have used it what did you think?
