New Hi/Lo style in Body Blast?

Hi Cathe -- I'm just wondering if the Hi/Lo in your new Body Blast workouts will be much different than your Hi/Lo in the past. I've been able to handle and enjoy the high impact of your step & kickbox workouts, but have a harder time with the floor impact & intensity of Hi/Lo. It seems like my heartrate gets up way too high and I get bored with the moves easier.

So I usually skip the Hi/Lo in workouts like MIC or even at times in Circuit Max. I can manage it a bit better in circuit workouts or in the CTX series since it doesn't last as long, but would love to be able to enjoy it as much as I love your step & kickbox work. You mentioned that you have new material for us in these workouts & I can see that you are bringing us new approaches to weight training, so I was just wondering if this includes your approach to Hi/Lo as well.

Hi Renee! The hi/lo will be a combination of the intensity and easier movement style of MIC along with some traveling low impact movements to offer greater variety. I am being careful to consider those who have limited space as well. I hope this helps :)
