Hi, I have lurked here on and off. My name is Anna. I am due with my 3rd baby in late March. I have a 3 year old, and an 18 month old. They are 19 months apart. This baby and my 18 month old will be 2 years apart exactly. Same due date even! Needless to say I haven't really gotten a chance to get back to my normal body for a while. I have been either pregnant, nursing or both for the last 4 years! LOL This baby is the end of line for us. I am glad to be having this baby, but I am really looking forward to getting into shape without getting pregnant again after this baby. Hmm, well, as much as one can focus on exercise with three small kids at home.:)

I am mostly a stay at home mom. I have a photography business on the side. It is very part time. Really it is just my way to get away for an hour here and there and have some creative time.

I was doing really well with working out until I hit 6 weeks in this pregnancy, and then I was so tired and SOOO icky feeling that I just couldn't make myself. I am trying to get back into it now, but I get really winded and I can feel that some of the moves kind of bump my belly - even though it isn't that big yet.

Anyway, I look forward to getting to know you girls and helping to stay motivated to keep exercising as I get bigger.

Hi Anna and welcome. We look forward to getting to know you too. Please join us on the moms to be thread where all us preggos check in.:)

I'm thinking you are about 15 weeks or so? Hopefully you'll have some more energy with the 2nd trimester. I'm getting terribly winded as well. My ob said that for every breath I take, the baby gets 25 percent of my air or some such...Anyway, I know that post partum it will all come back with in a few months.

take care
Maggie:)

Hello Anna. I think I've been pregnant or nursing in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2005. I am expecting #3 as well on 11-1. My first two are 23 months apart. This pregnancy and my 2nd will be about 38 months apart.

welcome. I know what you mean about not ever really getting back to pre baby body- i think it's not until well after weaning that your body is willing to give up those fat reserves.

Hi Anna and welcome! It looks like from your username that you are in Texas as well. I am in Round Rock, right outside of Austin.

This is my first so I do not know much about the years and years of being pregnant and nursing (although I intend to try for #2 pretty soon) but I know that you can get a lot of great advice and motivation from the ladies here on this board. They seem to know everything!

For me, the extreme exhaustion ended after the first trimester and has just recently come back full steam. I was lazy and did not work out during my pregnancy but was still relatively active so I look forward to getting right back to it as soon as the baby comes.
