I love Power Hour and Muscle Endurance. I also have Muscle Max. I didn't buy STS because I like to work my whole body. Anyone want another full body strength workout? What would it look like?
I also prefer full body workouts - have you tried Push Pull/Supersets? Two awesome full body workouts on one dvd. I also purchased Pyramid purely for the bonus full body workout which is fantastic and goes for under an hour.
I'll look at those -- thanks for the recommendation. Have you tried Max. Int. Strength? I guess it is on with Power Hour, which I have had for years but have never looked at the other two on the same DVD. I really don't like working one or two body parts each day.
i agree ladies! i would love more total body intense weight work. i would love a super sets part 2 workout! body part splits don't work well with my body and i find them boring.
I would love another full-body weight workout. DH works out only once a week with me, so I end up alternating Muscle Max, Muscle Endurance, and occasionally adding Power Hour into the mix.
I like Supersets and Push/Pull but use them when I'm short on time (or energy).
Do you like to do weights on a stability ball (like Supersets and PP)? I know it's supposed to make it more difficult, but I really prefer doing them on a bench. Can you do these two on a bench instead of a stability ball?
