Hi Cathe,

I am quite a new user (only a few months) and fell in love with your workouts and your personnality ! I am really growing with your workouts, and I know I won't soon get bored.
In fact, I have a question : what are you doing to be so in shape, can you tell us how are your typical days like ? I could not believe it when I saw you on the intensity series, you are amazing, really ! I found you beautiful, the older you are, the prettier : you are an alive advertising for your methods !

So I wish you will still be yourself in the next workouts !

Hi Karina! Welcome to the forums. Thank you for coming on to say hello and also for sharing those kind words with me. I would love to say I have typical days but I have learned that my children seem to dictate what I am able to invest into my workouts these days;-) Lately, I am shooting to get 45 minutes of cardio in 4 days a week plus lifting one to two body parts per day 5 days a week.
