Love the step, and I was looking at the Troy Lite weight set for January's LIC, oh yeah
I also saw the Troy Bars, those neat foam colored bars (http://fitness1st.com/Troy-Bars.html#) at my local sporting goods store and thought, what about a pyramid style, total body workout with an emphasis towards or including balance work (with a bar) core & stretching? Like Bar Chi?
I like when you have to do curls on one foot, even if I do still wobble a bit, hahaha
