Hello all its been awhile since I have been posting. This school year I have been doing nothing but volunteering at the girls charter school. I just got the collage video order booklet and I see all Cathe's new videos in there and some new ones by other instructors. Wow I can not believe they are going to be arriving soon. Do you remember if we preordered them did they take payment right away I can not find my receiept anywhere with my 3 children. I am panicking because I know I preordered it and it is not on the email thAT I ordered other items with it. Can I email support to find out if I am set to get a shipment?

To answer your question, yes SNM took the money right away when we ordered. I'm sure if you e-mail them at [email protected] then they can confirm your order. I e-mailed them a few months ago with my new address and they sent me back an e-mail stating they made the change. I'm sure your order is fine but I can understand wantin to make sure.

Hi Beth.

They did take payment when the preorder was first made. I've long since filed away or misplaced my receipt too, but I'm not worried. I have no doubt that I'll be getting a delivery soon. However, I'm sure if you emailed customer service, they could confirm that you are all set. You could probably also get a copy of your credit card statement that would show that you paid.
