New DVD release available in Video format?

Hi Cathe

I first want to compliment you on your fantastic training videos. They are truly the best I have seen - and I have a very extensive library.

I just purchased your newly released DVDs. I tend to encounter problems with using the DVDs - they skip, etc. I would like to know:

* When you will be releasing the VHS format?
* will there be discounts for bulk purchases? (I plan to purchase the whole set )
* Can I return defective DVDs?

You would need to contact SNM directly at [email protected] for questions about defective DVDs. It was posted somewhere a while back that Cathe will no longer be releasing her new workouts on VHS.

Also you may want to clean the DVD and your DVD player, skipping is usually due to dust, dirt or a scatch. As DVDs are read by light reflection, so if there is dust or dirt the light doesn't get reflected right, same as a scratch. Take a good look at your DVDs and hold them at an angle to bright light and then reflect the light so you can check for scratches or dirt or dust. Usually a simple cleaning of the DVD player will make everything run nicely again. As there really shouldn't be a reason for a DVD to skip, it's not like the tape can bunch up or something, and you can't recoard on a commerical DVD, so there shouldn't be any accidental opps I push the wrong button.

Remember to keep DVDs in a nice clean enviroment that they can't fall or get knocked off. Especially if you have cats, dogs or kids around.
