New Crosstraining Video Rotations?

Hi Cathe!

I'm just wondering about your 8 new videos coming out. They look wonderful! I am used to doing your PS Series. I love weight training. But your new videos look like a nice change of pace. I was wondering if doing those videos 1x/week is enough for fat loss and toning? Is that enough weight training just doing 1 bodypart/day? Or will I need more? (whole upper body one day/whole lower body one day). Will I get good results from just doing those videos? Or should I still incorporate some PS tapes and MIS?? My goal is still to lose 10lbs. and gain LOTS of definition and about 4-5lbs of muscle. What kind of rotation do you suggest?
