I started working out again in July after about 25 years of basically sitting on my butt working and gaining a lot of weight. I started with other circuit training videos and was sort of crawling along with the weight loss but gaining strength and endurance little by little. I never stop looking for better ways to do things and I came across Cathe's videos so I ordered her Low Impact Cardio Supersets and then I ordered XTrain low impact and then Low Impact Athletic Challenge...well I have about 10 now. Anyway, the HIIT has done the trick! In the first week, I lost 3 pounds so I'm thrilled beyond words. By the way, I just turned 63 and will be forever thankful I am able to even do these videos!

So anyone who is not sure they can do it, stay with it and fight for it! You can do it! Take it from Grandma!
