If you are talking about CIA 2101:Extreme Intervals, I want to add my .02! DebMac was right. It is so much fun. I have only done the cardio section one time. I haven't had a chance to do the Pump Party toning workout, but I did view it, and it looks awesome. Mindy is a hoot in this vid and never quits talking the whole time. I was gasping and she just kept on chattering away! I think you would be real happy with the workout. (Plus, it'll give you something to tide you over til the new Cathe's come out!:7) Let us know what you decide. Hey, Murph, did you try it yet? What did you think? Your-Friend-In-Fitness, DebbieH
I consider myself two-left-footed also :7! I had a few parts that threw me a bit but not enough to get upset because I wasn't getting a workout. I was SWEATIN'!:-tired I did rewind a couple times. I can tell it will be a workout that will be doable all the way thru after a few more tries. It really is a fun tape and the background exercisers do a good job too.(A male & a female) Mindy calls them TweedleDee & Tweedledum! I would say the only negative I saw or noticed is that Mindy doesn't call soon enough sometimes so I found myself floundering a bit but I really do think that it is a great tape and Mindy is sooo into the workout! Let me know if you get it! Your-Friend-In-Fitness, DebbieH
Hey Gang!
I really appreciate your input here. I was wondering about how difficult the intervals were in comparison to Gin I-moves and Imax...any comparison? What is the weight section like?? More info if you don't mind. Deb D
My two cents.....this can be divided into two cardio sections, but since I'm used to Cathe tapes, I had to do the whole thing to feel like I worked out hard enough. It's fairly to easy to catch onto. I watched it once then did it.
The best!! When I am feeling good; I can do this much easier than I-Max, but less easy than Gin Miller Intense Moves. BUT, Mindy cheers me up, no matter how I feel...
