Are there any plans for new IMAX or other circuit cardio workouts? If not can anyone suggest other new workouts that are as good as Cathe's?
Thanks

Hi Dovey! I will always have more cardio workouts to offer in the future. Right now I dont have those specifics mapped out so I will move this thread to Open Discussion so that you may get some input for your second question. Take Care :)

I love, love, love Amy Bento's workouts, especially her latest series: Slo Mo Challenge (3 day split and core), Advanced Step Challenge II (athletic with fun, somewhat complex choreography, very little breakdown...my absolute favorite step workout of all time), and HiLo Dome Challenge (fun hi/lo with a short total body segment using the bosu at the end). I have a lot more than what I listed from Amy and I enjoy and use them all. I like Amy as much as I like Cathe. I enjoy Sharon Twombly's All Body Attack and All Body Cardio (All Body Cardio is sold on a DVD with a bosu workout and the DVD is called Double Cardio...love the bosu workout as well). Sharon's workouts are athletic step drills alternated with light to moderate total body weight work with a bit of a functional twist. For fun, fun, fun Stepboxing try Kelly Coffey-Meyer. The last batch of CIA's had some good cardio. Gay Gasper's is called All Out Step Infused Workout and it is choreogrpahed to some awesome music.
To find descriptions and see long preview clips of Amy Bento's workouts go to www.nrgfitness.net
For the CIA workouts go to www.ciavideo.com/newsite/index.asp but to preview the clips you will have to go to www.collagevideo.com
Kelly Coffey-Meyer's site is www.coffeyfit.com/catalog/
Kelly's stepboxing workouts are my favorite. I have her circuit and one of her step but the stepboxing workouts are the ones I use regularly and I absolutely love them.
I love Cathe's workouts but have enjoyed finding other workouts/instructors that I enjoy as well. I've learned to really appreciate the variety! Have fun!
