anyone have the new bar method workouts? i wanted to get them but want to you if any of you have tried them?

kariev - They might be difficult to get as they have been discontinued. If you want them, Collage says they might have a few left in inventory and to call or e-mail them.

I don't have either but there are many threads about them on VF. Also, you can order both directly from barmethod.com (Burr Leonard's studio site). They are supposed to be more advanced than the original 2. BTW, Burr plans to produce more dvds later this year, IIRC.

Hi,
I have the new bar method dvd, Dancer's body. It is great. Advanced but she gives great form instruction. You can see the instructor's legs shaking which just shows how this won't become an easy workout anytime soon
