I am new to this so i know nothing but read my store and let me know what you think. I forgot to refill my pull and I was suppose to start taking it again this past Sun Oct 12th. I started my MC on Oct 7th. My husband and I had sex Oct 15th. could I be pregnant and should i even bother starting my pill now. Because what if I am pregant and I start the pill and it hurts it(can that happen) We were going ot try in 2004 anyway so I really would be excited if I was but not sure hubby is ready yet but he is the one who forgot to get it refilled for me hehe Let me know your thoughts.
You should probably call your health care provider and ask about restarting your pills. Your pharmacist may even be able to advise you on this. Most likely, you will need to wait and restart after your next normal menses (especially since you had unprotected IC), but there are different opinions on this subject. As for hurting the baby, most physicians say there is no threat to the baby (but again opinions vary . If you are instructed to start your pills and are pregnant, just remember there are many healthy "pill babies". Good luck and take care!
