Hi ladies!!
I just went to the skin doctor today and found out that i have to have 2 moles removed from my back. The doctor told me that for at least 6 weeks i can not do anything that would pull the stitches open. So my question is what workouts, weight and aerobic, would be safe for those 6 weeks? I really don't want to stop working out altogether. If the weather remains nice here then i will take to the streets and walk. Weight training is what i am really concerned about. I guess i could still do chest, bi's, tri's upper back (with the support of a bench)& Shoulders. As far as lower body, im not for sure what i am going to do. The spot is on my lower back about 1/2 inch to the left of my spine. I go in March 18th so i have about 2 weeks. I just thought i would see if anyone would have a light recovery rotation that would be safe on lower back. Then again maybe i am making a big honken deal about it and i will walk away and say that wasnt so bad!! Thanks guys for any advice. Tricia Haley
PS i did ask the doctor if i could workout and all he said was, "just don't do anything that would pull the stitches open." WOW, alot of help that advice was. heeheehee:+
