Need Warm-up suggestions, please

I have injured my foot somehow and am under doctor's orders not to do step aerobics or running or even walking for long periods for 2 weeks (maybe longer). I already took a week off before going to the doctor (to see if things would heal on their own), so don't want 2 more weeks of total down time.

I plan on doing upper body workouts and some core work and stretching. I have Core Max and Stretch Max; all segments from FitTV. I also have Ab Hits.

For the upper body workouts I have Pyramid Upper Body, S&H Chest/Back, S&H Bi/Tri -- all from FitTV, and Low Impact Circuit premix 4 upper body.

For the stretching and core work, what's a good warm-up to do without getting too much into my foot?

For a stretching warm up how about raising and lowering your shoulders, forwards and backwards shoulder rolls, bicep curls and triceps extensions without resistance, etc. As for a core warm up, how about just doing core work after your upper body workout. That should provide an adequate warm up. Or just start with simple crunches and superman's.
 
Great idea to do the core after the upper body. Tonight, I did PUB followed by a 12 minute ab workout from Ab Hits. Worked great. Thanks.
