Can anyone let me know how to lean out my calves, they have to much size on them (muscle). I don't ever work them but they have gained alot of size, i think it is from doing step and high impact (plyometrics). I really just want to get some of the bulk out of them.
Also, am I correct on the step and plyo's. ( i hope not because I dont know what i will do cardio wise if i cant do step)
