Well ladies it's been awhile but now i am back with great news!
On midnight of the 21st (sunday) my dh turned to me and said "tomorrow we are having a baby"...well little did he and I know we would have a baby in 5 hrs and 45 mins. Jaden decided to meet his parents a day earlier than expected. My water broke at 4am on sunday..i was so confused as this was the first time i experienced my water breaking. so we wake our ds and take him out the house with no socks and shoes to grandmas (poor baby). I was immediately admitted to the hospital, (luckily i did all the registeration and labwork on friday) and jaden was born at 5:45 am via c-section. He weighed 7lbs 6.7 oz and 21.5 inches long. He is doing wonderfully. Of course we think he's the most beautiful baby we've seen since our first ds:)
Breastfeeding is going suprisingly well. I really thought i would have a hard time. taking the breastfeeding classes really taught us alot. he is not having any problems going from breast to bottle, so daddy can also feed him.....

thanks for thinking of me ladies....who's next? ;)

Sunnydelite CONGRATULATIONS!!! How amazing that he decided to come on the eve of your scheduled c-section. I'm very pleased to hear that breastfeeding is going so well. Did you BF your first son?
How are you healing? Are you doing okay? Keep us posted on how you and Jaden are doing.

This is a fear of mine!!! I have a scheduled CSection, I don't want to go into labor AND have a CSection (did that last time)!!!!

Fantastic! Congratulations to you and your family - you sound soooo happy!!!

Keep us posted - can you do pics? If you can't you'll just have to describe every little detail! :)

Hope you get some rest, too, and that you have lots of help during recovery...
 
Congratulations!! What a great birth story! I'm glad you and baby are both doing well and BF is going well too. Get some rest when you can.

As far as who is next, my money is on Sandra (Fiddlefit), unless she does not go into labor before next Friday when I am scheduled to be induced. I think Sandra because she has already lost some of her mucous plug and is around 2-3 cm dilated. As of last Thursday, I am also dilated 2-3 cm but have not lost any mucous plug. I guess time will tell.

Congrats Sunny! I'm so glad he came without much event. It sounds like things went relatively smoothly. See all that bedrest was worth it! :) It's so wonderful that he is breastfeeding well. Let us know how things continue to go!
 
Let me add my congrats too. It's wonderful how everything worked out given all you went through earlier. It's also nice and very reassuring to hear that breastfeeding is going well for you. I worry a lot about that myself, so it's great to hear success stories.
