Need T-Bar Row Substitutions

I only have a 3' barbell so until I get a new one, could someone please suggest a substitute for the 4 sets of T-Bar Rows that Cathe does in PS Back, Biceps, and Abs? Something that works the same area of the back as t-bar rows would be great! Thank you so much!
 
Would doing bent over rows with dumbells be a good substitute? I know that there are 3 sets of barbell rows on the PS tape, so I don't want to do too many of those! Thanks!
 
Hi jillybean! You can do 3 sets of flat back bent over rows with both arms pulling up dumbbells simultaneously in a slow and controlled manner (from slow and heavy back and chest)and then one minute worth low back superman work (lying face down with arms and legs extended, lift both arms and legs a few inches off the floor simultaneously until you feel a contraction in the low back muscles and then release to starting position. Continue this for one minute).
 
Oh thank you! Since the t-bar rows are the very first exercise on the PS tape, doing something besides fast forwarding will really be great! Thanks again Cathe!
