I have a gym membership and the trainer told me to do 2 classes a wekk. Then the other day 1 long cardio and the other 2 days short cardio with strength.

What videos do you like at home.
My goal is to loose about 10lbs or so. More so inches but more so tone
What would be a good rotation...can you share yours Not sure if the gym membership is worth it when I have everything at home.
Free weights, Bands, Balls, steps and so on.
What rotation have you had good luck with?
