Hi everyone I bought the LIS and i have absolutely fallen in love with Cathe. She always scared me before, but now that i've tried it --theres no going back!!
Can someone help me figure out a rotation with the premixes and such. I am aiming to lose weight and am not new to exercise, just Cathe. I usually work out 5 to 6X a week. I'm thinking maybe LIS 2X a week, the cardio&weights premix 2x a week and the lower body blast premix 1x a week--does this sound like a weightloss rotation? Thanks for the help!
