Need Rotation Help

Hi Cathe and Educated crowd, I am looking for help with my rotations. I would like to
weight train each muscle group 2 times a wk. I want to do cardio 6 times a wk. I can do both in one day, having 2+ hrs a day to workout. (being unemployed) So I will list the tapes I have below
and hope someone can help me figure out a good rotation. I'm always changing mine and never happy with what I choose. I do have a treadmill, but like doing step and kickboxing more so I
figure I'd run 2 x wk and rotate the others. I gave up on spinning... Oh, is 30 min of cardio enough? (as in CTX)? I thought of adding 30 minutes on the
treadmill in addition each day. But how would I double up on the muscle groups with 1 a day? I thought of Body Max at the end of the wk, but CTx is 6 days. I need to rest each muscle group 48 hrs before doing it again. Here's what I have:
BodyMax
PowerHour
CTX series
PS series
S&H series
varied step videos
CArdio Kicks
the Firm's Upper Body Parts
The Firm's Lower Body Parts
The Firm's Lower Body Split
the Firm's Standing Legs
(As for my abs, I do the Firms 5 day abs daily, and that's been working well.) I have about 28 more Lbs to go and have to keep up with the cardio (as well as eating right, of course)
any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Faythe :-jumpy

Re: my post above, I’m trying to find a good rotation. I came across some posts on this forum about the lower body solution. I have been wondering if it would be too much on the lower body, even though you try to focus on the lower body in a different way each day. But in checking into this, I came up with a rotation using the idea of the lower body solution. I’d appreciate any idea’s or thoughts on this. Would it be too much on the lower body??? :-hummm
I’d be doing the upper body 2 times a wk(covering each muscle group), abs daily, as well as cardio. I’d be doing yoga and
pilots video’s (beginners) in the late afternoon.
Here's what I came up with, any experts out there? What do you think?????
Rotation:
Monday
Treadmill 45 - 60 minutes
5 Day Abs
Leaner Legs (CTX) Cathe

Tuesday
Rhymic Step Cathe
5 Day Abs
Lower Body Sculpting (Parts) Firm
Upper Body Parts Firm

Wednesday
10*10*10 (CTX) (Cardio Only) Cathe
5 Day Abs
Standing Legs Firm

Thursday
Cardio Kicks Cathe
Lower Body Split (Floorwork ONLY Including Abs) Firm

Friday
Bodymax (Whole Tape) Cathe

Saturday
Step Fit Cathe
5 Day Abs
Lower Body Split (NOT floorwork or Abs) Firm

*3pm, rotate Yoga and Pilots daily
Thanks in advance!

Thanks Debbie,
I'll play around with it and see. I like the kickboxing at least once a wk. but it's very hard on my feet for some reason. I have good sneakers, I don't know why.
